01 What these technologies are
"Cookies" are small files a site can place on your device. "Local storage" is a similar browser mechanism that lets an application remember a small amount of information between page loads. Both let a site keep state, such as whether you are signed in. This policy covers our use of cookies and equivalent local-storage technologies across our marketing site and the application.
02 What we use
We use only what is strictly necessary to operate the Service securely:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session token | Local storage (essential) | Keeps you signed in to your workspace after authentication and scopes requests to your firm. | Until sign-out or expiry |
| Preferences | Local storage (essential) | Remembers lightweight interface state so the app behaves consistently for you. | Until cleared |
These are essential. Because they are required to deliver a service you have asked for, they do not require consent under most cookie rules, but we disclose them here for transparency.
03 What we don't use
- No advertising cookies. We do not run ad networks or retargeting.
- No cross-site trackers. We do not embed third-party social or tracking pixels that follow you around the web.
- No selling of data. Nothing stored on your device is sold or shared for marketing.
If we ever introduce optional analytics, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
04 Managing storage
You can clear cookies and local storage, or block them, through your browser settings, and most browsers let you do this per site. Because our session storage is essential, clearing or blocking it will sign you out and the application will not be able to keep you logged in. Clearing storage does not delete any of your firm's data held in the Service.
05 Changes
We will update this policy if our use of these technologies changes, and revise the "Last updated" date above.
